Designer's Bio

Owner and Designer Beth Fliegler, has been making jewelry and designing since she was a young girl. After receiving her degree in fashion design in 2002 from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Beth spent seven years designing in the NYC garment industry. There she was exposed to a wide variety of beautiful materials and a new vision.

Baublettes (pronounced: Baw-ball-ettes) began with a single pair of earrings, designed by Beth, to work with a new dress she wanted to wear to a wedding. The compliments fluttered into ears through the evening and her new vision began to take shape. Three years later, Baublettes by Beth, is a full line of handmade jewelry befitting the sophisticated young professional with an artsy edge or an artist with an elegant sense of style.

The pieces are all created by hand using sterling silver and 14K gold-filled metals with the occasional addition of copper-based crafters wire for color. Beth hand selects beads from a variety of materials including semi-precious gemstones, vintage Lucite, vintage brass and glass. She is currently learning to make her own resin beads and bangles!

With her unique style and creative design intuition, Beth has self taught her way through her jewelry design process picking up new lessons and tips along the way. She ensures the best quality possible in every piece she makes!
